Andrzej Nikończyk

Andrzej Nikończyk

Andrzej Nikończyk Associate Partner with Kolibski, Nikończyk, Dec & Partnerzy, tax advisor, legal practitioner, member of the General Tax Law Codification Commission, chairman of the Tax Board of the “Lewiatan” Polish Confederation, Vice-President of the Disciplinary Court the National Chamber of Tax Advisers.

The author of several hundred articles and studies devoted to tax law, in particular as regards direct taxes and tax liabilities, and co-author of tax commentaries.  He specializes in VAT issues, management of tax risk, general tax law and tax proceedings.

He is also an experienced academic teacher in tax law (mainly, VAT), who additionally trains, among others, the employees of tax authorities and tax advisors.

In 2011, Andrzej Nikończyk took third place in the Tax Advisors Ranking by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna in the category of VAT.

Michał Dec

Michał Dec has been an Associate Partner with Kolibski, Nikończyk, Dec & Partnerzy since April 2009. Previously, he was professionally involved with Ożóg i Wspólnicy tax firm for 5 years. He also attended professional training in Denton & KLegal and Bonn-Innenstadt tax office.  Michał Dec has been rendering advisory services in the field of restructuring transactions (in-kind contribution, transformation, merger and division) and optimization of tax liabilities of taxpayers since 2003.  He successfully represents clients in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts.

He is author of many commentaries and press publications as well as co-author of the book publication entitled: Meritum - Podatki 2004. In 2010, Michał Dec was announced by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna the best income tax expert in Poland.

Marek Kolibski

Marek Kolibski  has been an Associate Partner with Kolibski, Nikończyk, Dec & Partnerzy since April 2009. In 2002, he started his professional career in a tax department of a law firm.  In 2003-2009 he worked for Ożóg i Wspólnicy law firm, where he held the position of the manager of the Direct Tax Department and leader of the Energetics Team.

He is the author of a number of publications concerning tax law and co-author of book publications concerning income and property taxes. He analyzes tax law practices in the pages of tax journals, in particular: Rzeczpospolita and Gazeta Prawna. He wrote more than several hundred commentaries and articles for the above-mentioned magazines. He works as a tax expert commentator for two TV channels: TVN CNBC and TV Biznes. He also organizes training workshops for tax departments of companies from the majority of industries in Poland.

Marek Kolibski also took third place in the Tax Advisors Ranking 2013 by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna in the category "tax optimization".  Additionally, in the Tax Advisors Ranking 2013 prepared by Rzeczpospolita, Kolibski was recommended as the best CIT expert in Poland.

In 2016, he was announced the best tax advisor in the 10th Ranking of Companies and Tax Advisors DGP in the category "tax disputes".

The Court rules that a limited joint-stock company is a limited company within the meaning of the Directive 2008/7/EC of the Council of the European Union concerning indirect taxes on the raising of capital, which meant that the Polish regulations of the Act on Tax on Civil Law Transactions were at variance with the Directive.

Grzegorz Kujawski

Grzegorz Kujawski

Grzegorz Kujawski has obtained PhD in economics, in the area of tax inspections. Since 2009 he has been a partner in Kolibski, Nikończyk, Dec & Partnerzy. Between 1997-2002 he worked as a financial director of several foreign companies in Poland. After passing a tax advisor exam in 2003, he began his work as a tax advisor in Ozog and Wspolnicy, where he headed a tax optimization department. He has also been a member of executive board of CDPROJEKT S.A. (producer of computer games, e.g. the Witcher) and a member of its audit committee. He has also been a member of executive board of HighSky Brokers a.s. (Czech Republic).

Grzegorz Kujawski is an author of Polish and foreign publications regarding income taxes and capital markets, and also tax avoidance issue.

Grzegorz Kujawski has been awarded in Tax Advisors Ranking 2012 by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna with a First Prize in area of income taxes.

Tomasz Siennicki

Tomasz Siennicki Associate Partner with Kolibski, Nikończyk, Dec & Partnerzy. He has many years of professional experience, which was first gained while working for tax authorities, and then - since 2005 - while exercising a regulated profession of a tax advisor.  During his professional career, Siennicki advised clients from the majority of industries, including specifically fuel, building and advertising, rendering current tax advisory services and representing them in disputes with tax authorities.

Tomasz Siennicki is an author of numerous articles on taxes published in specialist press as well as co-author of commentaries on personal income tax and corporate income tax acknowledged by experts in that field, published by C.H. Beck on an annual basis.

Furthermore, Tomasz Siennicki gives lectures at the Postgraduate School of Tax Law, Lazarski University in Warsaw.

Konrad Turzyński

Konrad Turzyński

Konrad Turzyński has been an Associate Partner with Kolibski, Nikończyk, Dec i Partnerzy law firm since July 2015.  His interests include income tax and general tax law, including the issues concerning the institution of individual interpretation. In the law firm, he is responsible for implementing optimization projects, including corporate and tax services related to such projects.  Turzyński gained his experience during his internship at the notary's office and other law firms, i.a. Domański, Zakrzewski, Palinka sp.k.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where he obtained an honours degree. Shortly thereafter, he was awarded a title of a tax advisor.
He is the author of a book on tax law interpretations and of numerous publications in specialist press (Monitor Podatkowy, Prawo i Podatki). Turzyński also provides commentaries on current affairs published in daily press (Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita), web services (onet.pl) and TV, i.a. TVN24 BIŚ. In 2016, he was announced the best tax advisor in the 10th Ranking of Companies and Tax Advisors DGP in the category "tax disputes".

Piotr Bulejak

Piotr Bulejak participates in current optimization projects implemented by KNDP law firm and supports the team responsible for corporate services. His main interests include the issues related to income tax, tax on civil law transactions and company law.  He has been an employee of KNDP law firm since April 2012. He gained his previous experience by participating in the activities of the constituency office and university legal clinic. In his free time, Bulejak represents KNDP law firm in amateur bike races, which are his real passion.

Dominika Hasior

Dominika Hasior

Dominika Hasior has worked for KNDP since 2014. She has been gaining professional experience since 2011. In the law firm, Hasior is mainly responsible for preparing and implementing tax optimization plans with the participation of national and international entities. As part of the implemented tasks, she is involved in current advisory services for clients, business restructuring processes, and corporate services of the implemented optimization structures.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. Hasior participated in the international tax seminar "Eucotax Wintercourse" held in Sweden, where she presented her MA thesis entitled "Special income tax regimes for business in Poland".

She passed TOLES exam, which confirms her knowledge of legal English at an advanced level.

Mateusz Konieczny

Mateusz Konieczny

Mateusz Konieczny has been working for KNDP law firm since August 2014. He is mainly responsible for corporate services of the implemented optimization structures. He also participates in the performance of activities related to tax proceedings.  As part of the team support, Konieczny handles matters connected with current legal consulting for clients and preparation of legal opinions.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.  His MA thesis was devoted to taxation of real estate transactions with VAT and tax on civil law transactions.

Michał Kowalski

Michał Kowalski

Michał Kowalski has worked for KNDP since he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University in Warsaw in 2012. He was licensed as a tax advisor in 2013.

He specializes in projects concerning tax planning and restructuring including merger, acquisition, division and transformation of companies. He also provides advisory services to individual clients as well as Polish and international capital groups. Additionally, Kowalski is involved in rendering current services to enterprises with respect to public law.  He acts as an attorney in tax, audit and court proceedings.

The author of tax commentaries and publications in press and on TV.

Konrad Piłat

Konrad Piłat

Konrad Piłat studied law at the University of Warsaw and completed a postgraduate course in accounting. He has been involved in tax issues since 1998. At the beginning, he worked as a journalist, i.a. for Gazeta Prawna and Rzeczpospolita.  Piłat wrote about amendments to the legislation and other controversial matters. He also edited specialist supplements published by the said journals.  Currently, he draws on his experience of media works by preparing our Newsletter and writing opinions for clients. He has been working for KNDP since 2012.

When he worked as a journalist, he wrote nearly one thousand articles on taxes. Currently, he also publishes his own texts and provides commentaries on some questionable issues.

Jakub Rolczyński

Jakub Rolczyński

Jakub Rolczyński is an attorney at law apprentice at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Rolczyński has worked for KNDP since 2015. During his studies, he gained professional experience in the leading law firms in Łódź.  In KNDP, he is responsible for current legal and tax consulting, preparation of motions for interpretation of tax law regulations, bringing of actions before administrative courts and implementation of optimization structures.

Rolczyński graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź in 2014. His MA thesis was devoted to the issues of a permanent establishment in international tax law and possibilities of tax optimization with relation to business activities run through the permanent establishment.

His main area of interest includes income tax, tax on civil law transactions and international tax law.

Przemek Urbaniak

Przemek Urbaniak

Przemysław Urbaniak has worked for KNDP since February 2013. He joined the legal team responsible for offering corporate service to clients of the law firm.  He is also involved in optimization projects and their corporate implementation.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. His MA thesis concerned the issue of taxation of free benefits  arising from the employment relationship.
